Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 05/09/2026 19:48
These terms apply when you buy from nutrilily.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Nutrilily (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Nutrilily is a trading name of Deanna Smith, a sole trader based at Grosvenor Gardens, Newton le Willows, WA12 8LY.
Email: hello@nutrilily.co.uk
2. Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send you an email confirming the order has been dispatched.
If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we cannot take payment — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, placed for resale, or breaches these terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the product page.
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We take payment at the point of order through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Prices can change, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price.
4. Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to any conditions stated when the code is issued. Unless we say otherwise:
- One code per order
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Codes may be limited to one use per customer
- We may withdraw or cancel a code at any time, including where we believe it is being misused
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available and the parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your instruction, that counts as delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; packaging and appearance may vary.
Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Please check the ingredients before you order if you have allergies or intolerances. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have an existing medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking any supplement.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children.
7. Your rights if something is wrong
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
See our [Returns and Refunds Policy] for how to cancel, return an item, or report a problem. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for loss arising from your failure to follow the usage instructions or warnings on a product.
10. Intellectual property
The Nutrilily name, logo, product names, photographs and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our [Privacy Policy], which explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@nutrilily.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. We aim to respond within 30 working days.
If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider or the Government’s online dispute resolution service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
